- Voice demo data: audio of the demo call, the transcript, and the scorecard generated from it.

- Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address, and referral source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use it

- Reply to your demo request and schedule the call.
- Run the live voice demo and show you the transcript and scorecard.

4. Voice demos and AI processing
The live demos on this site connect you to an AI voice agent. Your audio is streamed to our AI voice provider, [Voice provider name], to run the conversation, and to speech-to-text and language-model services to produce the transcript and scorecard. These providers process the audio on our behalf under contract and do not use it to train their own models unless you separately agree with them.
Demo recordings and transcripts are retained for [30] days to produce your scorecard and to troubleshoot the demo, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them or become a client. We do not use demo recordings in marketing without your written consent.
By starting a demo call you consent to it being recorded and processed as described here. Do not share sensitive personal information such as health, financial account, or government ID details during a demo.
7. Retention
